I suggest disabling hardware acceleration and re-enabling it to fix the issue. Here’s how you can do that:
- Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of Chrome
- Click on the Advanced drop-down menu on the left
- Select System
- Toggle off Use hardware acceleration when available
- Wait a few seconds and toggle on Hardware acceleration again
- Restart the Chrome browser and try Netflix again
